Key issues include an inconsistent tone and manner, an abundance of duplicate information disrupting the user flow, and unclear entry paths for certain features. To address these concerns, it is proposed to clearly define the purpose of each information/UI element while eliminating unnecessary details, create a cohesive look and feel with uniform illustrations and images, and thoroughly check and redesign the entire access path for a more intuitive and streamlined user experience. |

SUMMARY
We developed an app and administrator page for a nationwide local government Hanok repair and maintenance service. There were issues with the completeness and usability of the previously designed app. After analyzing these issues, we identified improvements and revamped the UX/UI. Based on this, we designed the administrator page(CMS).
